Funny man at the Landmark with his new show on Friday, August 12

Familiar funny man and 'King of the Jungle' Joe Pasquale comes to Ilfracombe this August.

Theatre-goers can catch his brand new show One Man and His Bog at the Landmark Theatre on Friday, August 12.

Star of five Royal Variety Performances, winner of the 2004 I'm A Celebrity Get me Out of Here and most recently seen on ITV's Tonight At the Palladium, Joe is instantly recognisable to television and theatre audiences.

His new show is 'not a typo' and no reference to the popular sheepdog show.

It will see Joe address such important issues as 'why is an orange called an orange when a carrot is more orange than an orange?' and other such brain teasers.

If that makes any sense to you, come and see the man in action, see his bunion read your mind and maybe even feel the power of his 'psychic beaver' as it opens your third eye…

Verging on the surreal, hilarity is always the name of the game with Joe and One Man and His Bog will be jam-packed with surprises.

He will be accompanied, aided and abetted by his loyal sidekick Raynard, who seems to crop up wherever Joe goes.

Joe Pasquale has continued to delight audiences with his live stand-up tours for 20 years and along the way has starred in many theatre shows - the most recent of which was Spamalot.

He has been a stalwart of the traditional British pantomime each year, voiced characters for Hollywood movies and twirled his way around the ice rink in Dancing on Ice.

He also ran the Virgin London Marathon in 2010 and is in his final year of Earth Science studies with the Open University.

Truly a renaissance man and as this show will testify - a man on a mission - he is just not sure what that mission is yet…

The show has an age recommendation of five plus and starts at 8pm, with pre-show bites available.
