This entirely free event is open to beginners and advanced surfer girls, aged between 10 and 30. The weekend ensures to be a fantastic opportunity to discover surfing, not only the sport but its unique lifestyle too!

The Billabong Girls Days will take place over two days, and the participants will meet every morning for a programme full of action and fun!

Each day will start with a yoga session, the perfect warm-up before the surf.

Two sessions of surfing each day, will see the girls either learning to surf or improving their techniques. The girls will be divided into groups according to their skills and will receive tutoring from professional teachers as well as Billabong Pro surfers Léa Brassy and Alana Brennan.

In between the two sessions, the girls will be given tips on how to pick their equipment, choose a wave, how to behave in the water, safety etc...

To complement the learning, the girls will watch surfing videos and have the opportunity to talk to pro surfers about their recent surf trip to Tahiti in May 2008. (All material boards and wetsuits will be provided by Billabong.)

Girls can register on line at www.billabonggirlsdays.com, before July 1st, 2008. It's a first come, first served event and only the first 150 girls will be able to register!
