Ross Noble, Omid Djalili and Shakin’ Stevens will be hitting The Queen’s Theatre in Barnstaple in the new year
A host of big name acts are booked to play Barnstaple in 2017.
The Queen’s Theatre will host comedians Ross Noble, Omid Djalili and Reginald D Hunter in the new year, together with pop legend Shakin’ Stevens.
Unlucky for some, but hopefully not the audience, Ross Noble brings his show Brain Dump to town on Friday, January 13.
Famed for his super quick freewheeling style and highly imaginative flights of fancy, his show is always unmissable.
Schmuck for a Night is Omid Djalili’s new show and he will be hitting the stage on Friday, March 3.
As a stand-up and actor, Omid’s credits range from Hollywood movies and television to live productions on the West End stage.
Of trying to make sense of the world around him, he says: “It’ll be so current sometimes audiences won’t laugh until they get home and turn on the TV.”
Reginald D Hunter’s searingly honest stand-up has garnered him a fanbase that spans the generations.
His countless television appearances have included 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Have I Got News for You? and the three-part BBC2 series Reginald D Hunter’s Songs Of The South.
See him talk about all of this and more on Wednesday, April 26.
To bring down the house, Shakin’ Stevens appears live on Tuesday, May 9. The tour will see this Welsh singer unveil another side to his talents, as an artist, songwriter and storyteller – and he holds 33 hit singles and four UK number ones to his name.
