Community Gospel Choir founder will be performing with local teachers choir at Bideford Methodist Church on Satuurday (September 2)

A renowned choir master and coach will be performing alongside the Teachers Rock Choir at Bideford Methodist Church on Saturday.

Reverend Bazil Meade, founder of the famous Community Gospel Choir, is working with the South West choir for two days.

This will result in a combined performance at 7pm on Saturday, with tickets priced at £5.

Teachers Rock founder Debbie Kent said the event 'promises to be an inspirational evening of uplifting music and participation'.

The concert will feature teachers and staff from North Devon, Exeter, Somerset, Torbay and Plymouth.

Teachers Rock aims to inspire and empower people of all ages giving professionals.

Rev Meade has taught some of the industry's finest gospel and R'n'B singers over the years and has worked with numerous artists including Blur, Mel B and Martine McCucheon.
