A love of painting, photography and wildlife awaits visitors who call in at Emily Clark's studio in Little Torrington during Art Trek this month.

For the first time Emily has brought her fields of painting and wildlife photography together in a new creative line to make things people can wear and share.

This means her longstanding garden wildlife friends, especially 'Little Larry Robin' have become the subject of their own line in jewellery, among many other things.

Art Trek marks its tenth anniversary this year and is being run by North Devon Theatres in association with the B10 North Devon Biosphere Reserve and the North Devon Gazette.

More than 50 venues from the top to the bottom of the region will be opening their doors to the public from July 6-21.

"Simply to have the good fortune to live in North Devon and enjoy its various and spectacular beauty is where it all begins for me," said Emily.

"Especially when I was little and here on holiday I always went home in tears. North Devon is where I belong - its fields and skies and coastlines made an artist of me."
