Americana and blues rock guitarist Andrew Riverstone is performing at The Plough Arts Centre in Torrington on Sunday (April 29).

The troubadour singer and blues rock guitarist brings a mix of classics songs.

He pays homage to American artists from the 60s and 70s, from Tom Petty, JJ Cale, The Eagles, Crosby Stills & Nash to Lynyrd Skynyrd and brings original material from his three solo albums.

A seasoned professional, Andrew worked as a session musician at many of London’s top studios including Abbey Road, recorded with producer Gus Dudgeon (David Bowie, Chris Rea, Elton John), and co-wrote with Busta Jones from Talking Heads.

He has performed at major festivals including Glastonbury, toured numerous UK venues, gigged in France, Holland, USA, on BBC Radio 1 and MTV.

His Plough gallery gig starts at 7.30pm.
