Theatre company seeks new performers

NORTH Devon All Starz are on the look out for young people between the ages of eight and 23 to audition for their 2010 production - Annie Jr.

This promises to be their biggest show yet, with stunning scenery, amazing costumes and fantastic dance routines.

The auditions will take place tomorrow (Thursday) in the Canteen of The Park Community School, from 6.30pm to 9pm

The production team will be the same great collaboration as last year, headed up by director Tolley Angell, musical director Anneli Talbot-Imber, choreographer Helen Cole and new to the team this year will be producer Kathryn Burgess, who, has played many different leading roles.

Rehearsals will take place on Thursday and Friday evenings and the shows will be performed between August 12 to 14.

Also this year the company have been affiliated to NODA which is the national representative board for amateur theatre, NODA also check to make sure the shows are off a high standard.

This is a great honour for the company and one taken very seriously.

The charity being supported this year is Action for Children which helps support the UKs most vulnerable children.
