NORTH Devon Airgun Club has got off to a flying start in the new field target season, with good results in the opening two rounds. Round one took place at the Shebbear Shooters ground, where Paul Tithecott showed the form that made him the club's top scorer last season, taking top spot in Spring Gun hunter field target.. Team mate Alan Bennett took second in B grade.Round two at East Devon saw Andy Lawson gain joint second score in A grade, while Tony Jones took top spot in B grade and team mate Neil Marley came second. Dean Street took the honours in C grade. Two new shooters, father and son Vince and Conner Irwin, had a great time.
