Three Bideford Amateur Boxing Club members were in action in Port Talbot on Saturday.

Bideford Amateur Boxing Club travelled to Port Talbot to glove up for a Baglan Bulldog's show.

They were joined by British Middleweight champion Tommy Langford, who travelled with the three fighters.

Topping the bill was Callum Cunningham, who earned a unanimous win over Lewis Green.

The two met at Bideford's Durrant House Hotel show, with Green taking a split decision win.

But on this occasion Cunningham's movement and variety paved the way for a different outcome, landing shots from all angles and going through the gears as the rounds went on.

Lewis Cornish picked up his first win, beating Stevie Gillheaney by way of a unanimous decision.

His Baglan Bulldog opponent started off on the front foot, putting in an impressive work rate.

But Cornish came back into the bout in the second round, trading off shots with his counterpart.

Fitness was the deciding factor in the end, with Cornish working hard until the end, landing clean straight punches.

Calvin Robertson took part in an exhibition match against Jimmy Gillheaney.

The Bideford boxer gained valuable experience and used his jab and long reach well to land some clean punches.
