UNTIL this week there had been no draws in the North Devon Table Tennis League this season - but now have come four.

Individual performance of the week goes to Peter Kneil, who took out all three of the Smugglers as Misfits earned a creditable Division 1 draw. Another Division 1 stalemate was between Artics and Castle Knights.

Adjudicators go marching on at the top of Division 1 with another big win at Holsworthy.

In Division 2 there was nothing to separate second and third-placed Commodores and Cruisers, nor Hopefuls and Littleham.

This allowed Rowdies to widen their lead at the top despite a fighting display by bottom-of-the-table Dolphins and Herons to draw closer to the leading group with their win over Sweenies.

Div 1: Artics 5, Castle Knights 5 (Kevin Taylor 3); Holsworthy A2, Adjudicators 8 (Paul Laverty, Dominic Sussex 3); Misfits5 (Peter Kneil 3), Smugglers 5.

Div 2: Cruisers 5, Commodores 5 (Vim Fassen 3); Dolphins 3, Rowdies 7 (Len Weston 3); Herons 8 (Tony Whatley 3), Sweenies 2; Holsworthy B 7 (Bob Montague 3), Monks 3; Hopefuls 5 (Alan Cheung 3), Littleham 5.
