This involved a very cold lake swim, followed by a challenging bike course and ending with a tough off road run.
Roadford Lake standard (1,500m swim, 40km bike,10km run) - Chris Stone 2.20:33 (5th overall); Trevor Perkins 2.30:07; David Spencer 2.32:13. Roadford Lake sprint (750m swim, 20km bike, 5.6km run - Chiara Magarotto 1.28:23 (3rd female); Emma Reed 1.38:02.
