Bideford boxer takes on tough Argentinean on Saturday, October 3.
Bideford’s unbeaten Tommy Langford is promising a stoppage when he makes the first defence of his WBO Inter-Continental middleweight strap against tough Argentinean Christian Fabian Rios on Saturday, October 3.
The South American has 20 wins, with six knockouts, six losses and three draws, but Birmingham-based Tommy (13 wins) is hoping to be the first to stop him.
He said: “He’s very a durable, good southpaw and never been stopped so he’ll be a good test for me at this point in my career but I think I’ll break him down and make a big statement with a stoppage.”
Tommy is headlining for the first time in his three year career.
