WESTWARD Ho! Tennis Club will be displaying proposals for a new indoor racquet sports facility at two public exhibitions next month.To meet growing needs, the club is planning to relocate into new premises, at the same time also broadening its scope and providing first class indoor facilities for the local community.The vision is to incorporate other racquet sports, including squash, badminton and table tennis.It is hoped to complete the project around 2010.The club has identified two potential sites for relocation and is now seeking public consultation on their suitability for the new indoor centre.Members of the tennis club and the sport's governing bodies will be present to answer questions when the club holds two displays at Northam Town Hall from 2pm to 8pm on August 8 and at Westward Ho!Tennis Club between 12pm and 6pm on August 9.
