Teenagers on fire for Filleigh

FILLEIGH were too good for Uplyme in their D Division clash, running out comfortable eight-wicket winners.

Encouragingly for Filleigh it was two of their promising teenagers who knocked off the runs.

Jon Hickman took three for 14 and there were two wickets each for Ryan Bowden and Kieran Jerrett as Uplyme were bowled out for 113.

McAuley Harrison-Hotton (47no) and Tim Henry (31) got most of the target out of the way.

Fileigh are away to Whitchurch this Saturday.
