RUNNERS of all abilities are being urged to hit the Tarka Trail on Sunday, March 16 as Braunton Cricket Club invites everyone to join them for Sport Relief.The Sainsburys Sport Relief Mile is a chance for people to challenge themselves and do something sporty to help those less fortunate.Participants can undertake one, three or six mile challenges along the trail, after pulling on their sports socks and warming up at Braunton Cricket Club in Field Lane, off Saunton Road. The event begins at 12 noon and runs until 3pm.Sport Relief Miles will also be run in Bideford and Hartland: The Bideford run will be around Victoria Park and begins at 9.30am at the park entrance.
