BP Ultimate is seeking the hottest go-karting talent in Britain with the launch of its new go-karting series Ultimate Karter, which tours British circuits from this week to March 2.The North Devon Karting circuit in Pottington Business Park will be hosting Ultimate Karter open sessions over the next eight weeks. The format is simple - karters turn up to an 'open session' at one of the 18 participating tracks, record their fastest lap time possible and see how they compare to the rest of the karting hopefuls in their area. The holder of the overall fastest lap time recorded during Ultimate Karter open sessions at each of the 18 tracks will go through to a grand final in December at Wembley Stadium. Sue Horler of BP Fuels Marketing said: "The 'Lewis Hamilton effect' has meant that more and more people are jumping into go-karts hoping to emulate the star who started out his career racing karts as a youngster. We hope that Ultimate Karter might just give a few of them the opportunity to do exactly that."To find out more, visit www.ultimatekarter.co.uk
