North Devon arent quite safe yet in the Premier Division after losing by 94 runs at home to champs in waiting Bovey Tracey. Bovey only need a point from their last two games to be sure of the title. North Devon have different priorities going into the last two games, the first of which is Sidmouth away. The danger zone is 16 points below North Devon, not enough to feel entirely comfortable just yet. North Devons cause hasnt been helped by having five points deducted for fielding an unregistered player in the win over Plymouth two weeks ago. Bovey got off to a 112-run start through openers Pete Bradley (61) and Josh Mailling (73), which was the springboard to a total of 263 for six. Matt Golding (44) and Luke Jongwe (44) weighed in. Alfie Huxtable (2-57) was the only North Devon bowler to take more than one wicket. North Devon lost Dan Bowser second ball to Chris Yablsey (2-29) and bumbled to 96 for four with 20 overs to go. Stef James made a patient 65 158 minutes, 137 balls but lacked worthwhile back-up as North Devon slid to 167 all out. The last five wickets went for 38 runs Huxtable scoring 17 of them.
