Barnstaple, Bideford, Ilfracombe, South Molton and Torrington are all in action on Saturday as the new season gets underway.
North Devon’s rugby teams will be getting their 2016-17 seasons underway on Saturday.
Barnstaple will play their first match in the National League Two South, following their last-gasp promotion in May.
Old Elthamians are the first side to visit Pottington Road, with kick off at 2.30pm on Saturday.
Barnstaple warmed up for that clash last weekend with a friendly at home to Newton Abbot.
They ran in eight tries on the way to a 48-19 win over the National Three South West side.
In the Tribute South West One West, Bideford make an opening day trip to Weston-super-Mare.
Ilfracombe, South Molton and Torrington will have their eyes on a new prize before their Tribute Devon One season starts in November.
The first David Butt Memorial Trophy begins on Saturday.
The trophy has been set up in memory of David Butt, the Devon RFU chairman who died in April.
The competition sees teams from Devon One and Two compete against each other.
The three North Devon teams will face each other in a round robin in the North group, which is completed by North Tawton.
Saturday will see Ilfracombe take on North Tawon at Brimlands, while South Molton host Torrington.
The group winners will contest semi-finals in mid-October, before the final at Barnstaple RFC on the weekend of October 22.
Ilfracombe and Torrington both earned promotion last season.
