South Molton picked up their second win of the Devon One season with a comfortable 64-10 victory over struggling St Columba. The Saints are nothing if not consistent this season, but consistently shipping 60 points to their opponents. This was the third successive league game where they conceded that many points. In fairness, the final score belied an even first half where the sides were separated by just a converted try at the break. In fact, Ben Greens penalty had given them the lead but South Molton responded with tries from Sam Tucker, Sam Howard and Reece Andrews. Prop james Dolman scored for the Saints to leave the game evenly poised at the break. It was one way traffic in the second half though with Tucker, Dom Stoneman, Joe Blackford, Ben Smart and Barnaby Newell among the scorers for the dominant hosts. Molton are away to Tamar Saracens this Saturday.
