THE ancient art of Tai Chi came to Combe Martin Beach on Sunday as people of all ages took part in a taster session as part of the Healthy Village month.The practice has long been recognised as being good for body and mind. The hour-long session was conducted by instructor Matt Seal for Devon Primary care Trust. It is all part events throughout June organised by Transform, the Neighbourhood Management Programme and its partners, to help all in the village become healthier by trying new activities or attending one of the awareness and information events.This week is Walk to School Week in the village, but a variety of activities and events are taking place.
