More heavy rain meant the majority of games across the four divisions were postponed. In the Premier Division, Shebbear thrashed Shamwickshire Rovers 6-0 in a shock result. Matthew Coles scored a hat-trick for the visiting side. Shaun Slugget also scored two for Shebbear and Brendan Hearn was also on the scoresheet. Shebbear captain Matt Facey was quick to praise his teams efforts. He said: Its a great result for us. We were strong at the back and didnt allow them many chances. The only other game to take place in the Premier Division was at Bideford CAFC, who lost 1-0 to Park United at the Sports Ground. In the Senior Division, Braunton Reserves went top of the league thanks to a 7-1 win against Putford. Torridgeside Reserves were able to get a game in this weekend as Donnacroft was deemed playable. Barnstaple AAC were their opponents, and it was the away side who got the win, with the game fishing 1-0. The remaining game in the Senior Division took place between Merton and Lynton and Lyndmouth, where the home side ran out 3-1 winners. Hartland Reserves caused an upset in Intermediate Two as they beat Bideford CAFC Reserves 2-1. Ilfracombe Town Thirds were able to stretch their lead at the top as a result, as they beat Braunton Fourths 9-3 away. Meanwhile, Northam Lions Reserves came out on top against Merton Reserves with a 4-3 win.
