North Molton’s flying start to the North Devon Premier season continued on Saturday.
The Stags went to the top of the table with their fifth win from five – a 3-1 win over Braunton at Lobb Field.
Joe Southcott and substitute Josh Dekker scored for North Molton in the win.
Shamwickshire Rovers got their fourth win in a row with a 4-0 win at home to Bradworthy.
Simon Larcombe scored four goals in Fremington’s 6-0 win over Torridgeside Reserves at Beechfield Road.
Will Jones and Connor Nash also scored in the win, which was Fremmy’s second of the season.
Boca Seniors were big winners against Hartland Clovelly, who are still looking for their first points of the season.
Tom Marsh scored a hat-trick for Boca in their 7-2 win, with Taro Bishop, Ryan Crompton, Jake England and Sam Phillips also scoring.
Tom Davey scored the goals for the visitors.
It’s as you were in the Senior, with the only game of the weekend – Bideford CAFC’s clash with Chivenor – rained off.
North Molton Reserves’ 100 per cent record in Intermediate One was brought to an end by Putford on Saturday.
The Stags were beaten 6-1 at Rocks Field. Arran Brooks, Sean Freeman, Simon Grigg, Will Jeremy and substitutes Alfie Betts and Matthew Priest found the net for the visitors.
Michael Hatcher scored for North Molton, who are still at the top of the pile.
Holsworthy Reserves had the biggest win of the weekend in the divison, with an 8-1 defeat of Northam Lions.
Bradley Birch scored four goals for the Magpies, with Jack Greening, Nicholas Heywood, Daniel Seymour-Smith and Ben Sharpe also scoring.
Joseph Sherman netted for Northam.
There were nine goals at Merton, where Bridgerule were 6-3 winners. Frank Barriball’s four goals helped the visitors to the win, with Rob Pearce and Todd Peschke also scoring.
Kilkhampton also won away from home, beating Appledore Thirds 4-2.
Appledore Lions were the big winners in Intermediate Two on Saturday, beating Barnstaple Reserves 13-2.
Ashton Donovan scored five in the win for Lions, who led 8-0 at half-time. Mark Kinder netted four times, there were two goals for Tom Gleeson and Ashley Short and Sam Morris also scored.
Braunton Thirds top the table after a 7-3 win over Torridgeside Thirds.
Toby Bennett scored a hat-trick in the win for the Seasiders, with Ben Aiken, Jack Daglish, Zack Nettley and Ross Wensley also finding the net.
Equalizers came out on top at South Molton, winning 4-3.
Kyle Jones scored a hat-trick for the visitors, and there was a goal for Steven Isaac. Oliver Cheek, Kieran Cook and Carl Motteram scored for Molton.
Lynton made it four wins out of four in Intermediate Three with a 6-0 win over Park Rangers.
There was a hat-trick for Thomas Herd, two for Maxwell Smith and one for Tommy Mirow in the win.
There was a first defeat of the season for Kingsley Wizards, who lost 5-3 to Hartland Clovelly Thirds.
Matthew Boyland, Kieran Chappell, Spencer David, Paul Parker and substitute Keith Cornish scored for Hartland. Tom Butler (2) and Kyle Waldron scored for the Wizards.
Five goals from Kieran Ford helped Kingsley Park to a 7-3 win at Ashwater.
Daniel Edge and Charlie Harvey also scored for the visitors. Nick Smith (2) and Yilvi Uraj netted for Ashwater.
Braunton Fourths got their second win of the season with a 4-1 win at Shebbear United Reserves.
