BIDEFORD signed off their Western League season with a 3-2 win at Calne Town on Saturday. Goals by Leon Hapgood, Jamie Densham and Lee Groves ensured sixth spot in the Toolstation League for the Robins who - with one eye on Saturday's Les Phillips League Cup final clash with Dawlish - nearly threw away a 3-0 lead.Saturday's final at Elmore FC is Bideford's last chance of silverware this season, and club officials are hoping supporters will get behind their team and give them the edge against the league runner-ups.The club is providing two coaches to take supporters down the Link Road to Tiverton for the 3pm kick-off.Chairman Roy Portch said that coaches would leave the Pill at 12noon."We already have 60 names down put there are still places available," he told the Gazette yesterday (Tuesday). "Tickets are £10 return for adults and £5 for children. Supporters can book them through the Robin's Nest or just turn up on the day," he added.Ilfracombe also finished their season at the weekend - with a win and a loss in back-to-back games on Saturday and Sunday.
