GEORGEHAM and Croyde Ladies stormed to their second victory of the season with a 6-1 thumping of fellow Division One strugglers Brixham Villa on Sunday.Leanne Robb and Donna Adams both bragged a brace for the Hammers while Liz Middleton and Chloe Payne added to the tally with single strikes. The win failed to move the Hammers off the foot of the table, but did manage to put them back into positive points after previously being docked six for being unable to field a team.Meanwhile, in the Premier Division, Bideford slipped to their sixth defeat of the season, this time going down 6-2 at home to lowly Exeter Rangers.The Robins' goals were scored by Alice Rivans and Victoria Loze.Barnstaple Town's mid-table tussle with Alphington was postponed due to a frozen pitch.This Sunday, Bideford will play division leaders Exmouth Town in the quarter-final of this season's Devon Women's League Cup, while Barnstaple are at home to Dawlish Town in the league.
