Toby Bennett scored three goals as Braunton Thirds kept the heat on leaders Sporting Barum with a 5-2 win at Morwenstow Reserves.

Oliver Bennett and Jackson Coltman also found the net for second-placed Braunton, while William Bryant and Aidan Davis were on target for the hosts.

Meanwhile, Sporting, who are level pegging with Braunton on 27 points, maintained their impressive start to the season with a 9-1 win against Haxton Rangers.
