I HAVE had to use this tip myself very recently and it has helped my short putting immensely. Basically, the reason many people miss short putts is because they look to see if the ball has gone in too early. This early movement of the head can twist the whole body which in turn will drag the putter off line causing the missed putt. When you hit your putt try to make sure that you keep your head dead still and listen for the ball dropping into the hole. This will allow you to keep the putter on line and you will knock more of those testing three footers.Happy GolfingMIKE WILSONProfessionalRoyal North Devon Golf Club(01237) 477598
