A four-point discipline penalty cost Filleigh top spot in the wake of their defeat at Barton last time out. Filleigh are now 14 points distant from the leaders after a second successive setback. Filleigh only had two significant run getters in their total of 141 all out. Mark Prideaux had 37 when he was fifth out at 89. Simon Prideaux made 40 more in the bottom half of the order. Ben Morgan (3-20) nicked the bowling plaudits from Joel Seward (2-26) and tom Mitchell (2-31). Matt Hewer (44) and Seward (59) took Seaton to 102 for two and on to 129 for four. Ollie Squire (4-26) and James Hill (3-38) bowled Filleigh back into the game and Seaton were glad Ed Hunt held on for 10 not out to win the game. Filleigh are away to Tavistock this Saturday afternoon.
