Filleigh will probably teeter over the relegation precipice this Saturday unless they beat fellow strugglers Kentisbeare.

Last Saturday's 38-run defeat by Barnstaple & Pilton left Filleigh 29 points adrift of safety at the bottom of the table. Their last two games are second-placed Uplyme and Shaldon, the team they have to get past to reach safety.

And Shaldon are so far ahead already, they could be clear by the time Filleigh get to them unless they beat Kentisbeare.

Tom Popham blazed away for a 107 in a B&P tally of 246 for three.

Popham and Jack Moore (53) knocked up 118 for the first wicket.

Filleigh were 208 for nine when their overs ran out - Mark Prideaux top scoring on 56.

Paul Schiller (4-22) and Steve Moore (2-36) worked through them.

Barnstaple make the long trip to Seaton this Saturday.
