BIDEFORD Blues runner Shaun Antell led home a field of 527 finishers in the Bideford 10k race on Sunday.

Antell, 26, finished in 32 minutes 30 seconds, which was 37 seconds ahead of second man Lee Turner of Torbay AC.

First woman home was Ami Yetton, 32, of Plymouth Harriers in 38.38, followed 46 seconds behind by 20-year-old Jasmine Finney of Bude Rats.
