Baldwin stepped in as a last minute replacement to take on Grange ABCs Joshua Duodo at the clubs home show. The late notice didnt show, Baldwin used his tall frame to his advantage, jabbing well and counter punching his opponent when he came into range. Duodo tried to pressurise Baldwin to break up his rhythm, but the Bideford boxer did not panic and used his southpaw stance to excellent effect before unleashing fast flurries of punches. In the final round Baldwin put in a stunning exhibition, scoring crucial points through right hooks and left crosses. Despite of the late call up, it was a dominant display by Baldwin from start to finish who never looked in any real danger of losing. He looks to take this form into his next match at Kingsley School on Saturday. Admission to the show costs £10.
