SMUGGLERS have been nudged out of the top spot in the North Devon Table Tennis League for the first time this season as Artic Monkleighs take over, albeit only on games won. Artics' 8-2 victory over unpredictable Misfits proved enough as Smugglers were held to a draw by third-placed Smashers, for whom Chris Brown maintained his 100 per cent record.
