THE South Molton Skittles League Division 3 game between Rose Ash Ramblers and Dick's Devils was abandoned after the car carrying half of the away team became stuck in soft ground as it neared Rose Ash.

A search party was despatched to find the missing players and home captain Mick Addison offered to re-stage the game later on in the season.
