Rural skills on offer for all

Get back to nature with wattle making and willow weaving workshops

CHEESE making, dry stone walling and glass blowing are among a host of activities being offered at a special open day later this month.

Visitors to the Yarner Trust at Welcombe can also try their hand at apple pressing, wattle making and willow weaving as part of a day of rural skills workshops being held on Sunday, October 23.

All are free for children and just �1 for adults.

The day runs from 11-4pm, with lunch served from 12-2pm.
