Rights of way

SIR - We have read with interest your articles on the proposed new Torridge Marina, but we note that no mention has been made of any rights of way which currently criss-cross this area.

We know it is early days, but the protection of these rights would, in our opinion, be extremely important if the planning decision stage is reached.
