Woolacombe holiday park welcomes arrival of Wavesurfer attraction

A wave of fun is set to hit Woolacombe on Saturday with the arrival of the biggest craze to hit the UK this summer.

Visitors to the Golden Coast Holiday Village will be able to surf, whatever the sea conditions, when the Wavesurfer makes its first appearance at the holiday park.

The artificial wave machine allows first time surfers to safely take their first steps on a board, while giving experienced surfers a neat surface on which to practice new moves and tricks.

The speed is adjustable and suitable for thrill seekers aged eight-to-80.

All equipment and wetsuits are provided – just bring a towel and swimwear.

Holidaymakers and locals will be able to ride the Wavesurfer from 9am to 9pm daily until September 4.

For more information or to book a session, telephone (01271) 872350.
