BARNSTAPLE U13s demolished Bideford 93-0 away from home in a Devon Plate tie.

The tone for the match was set early on by the Barum strike runners breaking the line and scoring two tries.

Bideford, weakened by missing key players, were unable to deal with the powerful direct running from Barum’s forward pack led by strong runs from Oscar Carter-Burns and Will Huxtable.

Tries were scored by Joel Anderson (4), Nathan Fouche (3), Troy Willis (2), Danny Southworth (2), Oscar Carter-Burns (2), Ed May and Jono Slee. Conversions were kicked by Slee (6), Lynas (2) and Squire.
