POLICE are appealing for information following a collision between a pedestrian and a lorry on an unclassified road at Sheepwash Bridge.At around 4.15pm on Saturday, a woman was walking with her husband along the road between Sheepwash and High Hampton when she was struck by a cattle lorry.The woman went to her local doctor before being taken to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, for treatment via the air ambulance. She did not receive any life threatening or life changing injuries.Police would like to trace anyone who may have information as to the identity of the vehicle, which is described as cattle type truck with a white cab and a single rear axle. It is possible the driver may have been unaware of the collision. Call the police on 08452 777444 with information.
