Police diverted traffic as ambulance and fire crews worked at the scene of a two-vehicle collision on the A39 at Abbotsham.
The A39 has reopened outside The Big Sheep after a two-vehicle collision this morning (Monday).
Police, ambulance and fire services attended the scene of the crash at Abbotsham, which happened just before 11.30am.
A police spokesman said the crash involved a Ford Cougar and a Vauxhall Insignia, and described casualties as ‘walking wounded’.
The road was closed with traffic diverted by officers through Londonderry estate.
Both vehicles were recovered from the scene and it is understood the road is now open.
