BARNSTAPLE town centre businesses want to hear what shoppers and diners think about the range of services they offer. On behalf of traders, Barnstaple Town Centre Management (TCM) is looking for volunteers to help form a customer feedback forum. The TCM wants to hear from anyone who would be happy to meet up to share their thoughts, opinions and experiences, once every other month. "If you are a member of the public with an opinion on shopping, leisure, eating out, and other aspects of Barnstaple town centre, then Barnstaple Town Centre Management would like to hear from you," said town centre manager Craig Bulley. "We need information from local people to gain a feel see of what can or needs to be done either now or in the future to improve the Barnstaple town centre experience."We want to hear about a number of key areas, including the types of shops or event people might like to see."Rather than holding a one-off meeting, we think it would be more constructive if we had an ongoing feedback," added Mr Bulley."This would then help us and our business partners to identify what is right with the experience we offer in the town, and perhaps more importantly, take a closer look at any negative issues and see how we can address them."Anyone interested in being part of a Barnstaple customer forum is asked to get in touch with Mr Bulley on (01271) 321049.
