HIGHLIGHTS of today's stage six Tour of Britain cycle race between Frome and Bideford will be shown at 10.30pm on ITV4 tonight (Thursday).

Cyclists are currently limbering up on the start line at Frome in preparation for 183km ride, starting at 10.15am.

Some of the most exciting racing will be found during the King of the Mountain climbs on the Quantocks and on Exmoor. Sprint sections of the race at Bridgwater, Wiveliscombe and on the Strand in Barnstaple, and the finish on Bideford Quay will also be full of drama.
