BURGLARS who broke into Torrington Rugby Club caused plenty of damage but left without stealing anything.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the break in at the premises in Hatchmoor Road at about 1.20am on Tuesday.
The intruders smashed the front bar window to get in, before severely damaging the doors into the kitchen and bar area.
The cost of repairs for the club have yet to be assessed.
