Councillors will debate proposals for a new office building at Riverbank House at meeting tomorrow (Thursday).

Torridge District Council’s plans committee will consider proposals for a new office building at its meeting tomorrow (Thursday).

The council is recommended to grant approval of the single office building next to Riverbank House for its own use.

The building would house an open plan office and would accommodate around 50-60 employees.

It would measure 40m by 11m and has also been recommended for approval by Bideford Town Council.

The council’s plans committee meeting will be held at Bideford Town Hall at 9.30am.
