GRAEME Booth has joined Torridge District council as its new Head of Finance and Performance.
Graeme was previously Head of Finance at Restormel Borough Council for seven years and Chief Accountant at North Cornwall for nine years.
He is a keen cricketer and lists badminton as one of his other hobbies.
Graeme said: "I am very excited about working at Torridge. These are challenging times for every local authority but as a recently graded 'good' council, I know that the financial foundations are firm here."
