A39 is slow for a time as emergency services deal with aftermath of three car collision
Traffic is now flowing again after a three car collision on the A39 at Horns Cross this afternoon (Thursday).
Police said any injuries appeared to be minor, but the occupants of the cars were checked at the scene by South Western Ambulance Service paramedics.
The collision occurred outside Robinson’s Garage at around 3.25pm and one side of the carriageway was blocked for a time.
Police said the vehicles involved were a Ford Mondeo and Ford KA, both registered to Bideford, plus a Volvo XC60 with what is thought to be a European registration.
