Spinners, weavers, felters, knitters, crocheters and other fibre-focussed crafters are invited to be part of a Natural Fibre Weekend at RHS Rosemoor this April.
On Saturday and Sunday, April 18 and 19, visitors tour the Garden Room to discover a new skill, watch live demonstrations, meet specialist textile artists and craftspeople and then browse wool, fibres, crafting materials and equipment, starter kits, books, clothing, bedding and gifts to take home from a wide array of exhibitors.
Due to popular demand, a selection of specialist workshops are being hosted in the Learning Centre especially for the weekend, but booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.
The workshops run all weekend and include creating nature-inspired mixed media collages from different textiles, creating greetings cards from textile materials, crocheting your own primrose chain, carding, spinning, mono printing, embroidery and much more.
