QUEEN Victoria will be making a special royal visit to Woody Bay Station next Sunday, May 2. Her Majesty will be travelling on the 2pm train from the 19th century station and all who join her in Victorian costume will get to travel free of charge. After

"Her Majesty" will be travelling on the 2pm train from the 19th century station and all who join her in Victorian costume will get to travel free of charge.
Afterwards the Queen will take tea in the gardens and extends a cordial invitation for her subjects to join her!
The visit to the heritage railway near Lynton is part of various events to promote the Ilfracombe Victorian Celebrations in June.
