SIR - On Tuesday, August 11, I fell on the slipway going down to the beach at Westward Ho!
I substained injuries - a factured nose, etc. Within seconds, lifeguards Paul Steve and Emily Hastings were there beside me, as was my daughter Julie,
I want to say a huge thank you to them both and say what a great help they were to me in my hour of need.
I am recovering slowly and my bruises are now coming out a bright shade of yellow. Thank you once again.
