THREE 15-year-old youths will appear in court this morning (Wednesday) charged with robbery relating to an incident at a Bideford reservoir in July which left a 38-year-old local man with serious injuries.
The trio, who cannot be named because of their age, were appearing at North Devon Magistrates in Barnstaple.
The victim of an assault at Kenwith Reservoir in Northam Road on July 6 was left in intensive care and seriously ill at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. A police spokesman said the victim had been transferred to a specialist brain injuries unit in Exeter.
