The 15-year-old boy was understood to be cycling along Wrafton Bridge when he was in collision with a car and suffered multiple injuries.
A 15-year-old boy has been injured in a hit-and-run in Braunton yesterday (Wednesday).
The boy, who was understood to be riding a bike at the time, was knocked over a wall by a car on Wrafton Bridge, near the Williams Arms, at around 4.35pm.
The driver did not stop and the boy suffered multiple injuries.
He was taken to Barnstaple A&E but his injuries were not life-threatening.
The car was described as a dark blue four-by-four, heading in the direction of Braunton Academy.
