Teams will taste wines from around the world before hearing a different description from each of the panelists - but who is bluffing?

A distinguished panel has been assembled for Wine Man’s Bluff at The BIG Sheep’s EWE2 arena on Friday, September 11.

The panel of Geoffrey Cox MP, Dr Austin Connor, Andy Cooper, editor of Devon Life and the Reverend Alan Glover from St Mary’s Church, Bideford, will be doing their utmost to deceive competing teams of six.

Based on the popular TV show Call My Bluff, teams will taste wines from around the world before hearing a different description from each of the panelists.

The aim is to pick the correct description, and avoid the bluffers.

It is sponsored by Tesco Bideford and all proceeds will go to North Devon Hospice, Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation.

There will also be a charity auction with lots including a London helicopter flight and a stay at a luxury lodge in Woolacombe.
